Introduction to Cards Certificate Program
The ePayResources Introduction to Cards Certificate Program is a basic course of study that teaches you the fundamentals of cards. This self-paced series provides you with a foundational understanding of debit and credit cards with a focus on issuing.
This introductory level program is ideal for anyone new to your organization or to the card industry.
Program Details
The course consists of six online training modules covering multiple debit and credit card topics. If you complete the modules within six months and pass the exam, you receive a Certificate of Completion.
The six months starts the month in which registration is processed. For example, a candidate who registers on August 15, 2021 has until February 15, 2022 to complete all required courses.

Certificate Examination
The 25-question exam must be taken in a one-hour period. Exam questions are a combination of multiple choice, matching, and true/false. It is not an open-book exam; candidates are on their honor to answer questions based on their knowledge gained from the training program. A pass/fail result is supplied to you at the completion of the exam, and a personalized Certificate of Completion will be sent to candidates who earn a passing score of 80 or higher. Candidates will be allowed two opportunities to pass the exam. Let's Get Started!

FOR THOSE WHO ATTAINED THE ACCREDITED ACH PROFESSIONAL (AAP) ACCREDITATION:
ePayResources recognizes Nacha requires continuing education goals in excess of those imposed on ePayResources Certified members. ePayResources does not, therefore, require AAPs to complete one of the four methods outlined above. We recognize the on-going efforts to meet the AAP continuing education requirements as more than sufficient to meet the ePayResources Certified continuing education requirements. However, we invite each AAP to make use of ePayResources training to meet their AAP continuing education goals. ePayResources Certified members who are also AAPs will receive updated certificates in January of each year.
