With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Krystle brings deep expertise across multiple payment channels, including ACH, check processing, check fraud, wire transfers, and debit card operations. Prior to joining ePayResources in 2025, she held leadership roles at a community bank, including Customer Support Operations Director and Bookkeeping Supervisor, where she gained extensive hands-on experience in payment processing, fraud prevention, and dispute management.

Krystle is passionate about advancing knowledge in the payments space and holds Nacha’s Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certifications.
