With 20+ years of financial services operations under her belt, Angelica has pretty much seen it all—and she brings that real-world experience into every conversation. As electronic payments continue to evolve at warp speed, she’s your go-to guide for navigating what's new, what’s next, and what matters.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree along with a lineup of industry accreditations, including Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Accredited Faster Payments Professional (AFPP), National Check Professional (NCP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP), and Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO). She also became a certified NCP trainer in 2021.
